Wedgewood hosts private events for parties of fifteen to one hundred twenty guests across three rooms and a full restaurant buyout. Most rehearsal dinners, anniversaries, and milestone birthdays fall into our seated dinner packages, while corporate gatherings and welcome parties often use the standing-reception format with passed hors d'oeuvres and the jazz trio on a dedicated stage.

Whatever the shape of the evening, your guests will eat from the same kitchen as the dining room — twenty-eight-day dry-aged steaks, tableside Caesar, and the house Old Fashioned included — and our events team will handle every detail of the room, the bar, the timing, and the music. Since 1985 we have hosted more than fourteen hundred private events; the planning process is the part we have refined most carefully.

The Menu

Built from the kitchen the dining room already loves.

Every private event menu begins in the same place as the dining room: the dry-aging room, the butchering block, the house-made brandied cherries for the Old Fashioned, and the Caesar cart that rolls to the table. Your guests will eat the twenty-eight-day dry-aged ribeyes, NY strips, and porterhouses, the slow-roasted prime rib on Saturdays, and the classics that have not changed since 1978.

From there, our chef builds around your evening. Rehearsal dinners often lean plated and traditional. Anniversaries welcome tableside flourishes — the Caesar tossed to order, the Bananas Foster flamed on the silver cart. Corporate buyouts frequently pair a three-course seated dinner with a signature cocktail program and a sommelier-led wine flight. Dietary needs, kosher-style preparations, and children's menus are accommodated without exception.
